Pat Brennan is an associate attorney at McCracken Kuhn Marks PLLC. He engages in all types of domestic work, with a preference for pre-marital agreements and second parent adoptions.

While he has called Nashville home since 2022, Pat is not native to Tennessee. He is originally from the west coast and grew up in southern California. He attended the University of California, Berkeley where he received a Bachelor of Arts with dual majors in Political Economy and Iberian Languages and Literature. After graduating in 2017, Pat worked for many years for a lobbying firm in Washington, D.C. before relocating to Tennessee to pursue his legal studies.

Pat’s interest in family law began at the onset of law school, when he realized that family law would allow him to interface with real people and help effectuate genuine change in their lives. Pat is a recent graduate of Belmont University College of Law. He spent his first summer of law school interning for Chancellor I’Ashea Myles in the Chancery Court for Davidson County. He has been with McCracken Kuhn Marks PLLC ever since.

Pat lives alone in Nashville. In his free time, he loves to run, hike, swim, and do just about anything outside. He is an avid fan of CrossFit. Over the winter, the mountains start calling and Pat answers by snowboarding as much as he can. He maintains a strict vegetarian diet, much to Southerners’ dismay.
